$DCSR

earns only when it has served.

Fees

A fee in ETH is charged only at take(), on what passes on: FEE_BPS = 50, which is 0.5% of the ETH held by the address at that moment.

Nothing is charged while the owner is alive and active. Not for delegating, not for configuring, not for a pulse, not for a claim that the owner cancels. The protocol earns only when it has served.

take()  ->  fee = address(this).balance * FEE_BPS / 10_000  ->  treasury
// FEE_BPS = 50: passing 10 ETH pays 0.05 ETH. Tokens and NFTs pass with no fee.

Staking

A share of fees goes to $DCSR stakers.

Nothing fixed, nothing promised: what stakers earn depends only on real usage, which means only on addresses that actually passed on. There is no emission schedule standing in for revenue and no target yield.

Governance

Holders govern the fee level, the default delays and the treasury.

Governance cannot reach into an existing delegation. In the reference implementation the fee and the delays are constants in the code an owner delegates to, so a decision takes effect in a new version of the code, which each owner adopts only by delegating to it. Nothing changes under anyone's feet.
